Standard evaluations include a review of medical records, in-depth clinical interviewing and history-taking, formal assessment (i.e. testing of cognitive functioning and behavioral variables), subsequent follow-up session to review findings in detail, and additional optional services (e.g. optional follow-up visits in the months following the evaluation to discuss any additional concerns.

The process of very similar to the Standard Neuropsychological Evaluation (e.g. includes review of medical records, in-depth clinical interviewing and history-taking, formal assessment, and subsequent follow-up sessions to review the findings in detail, with additional optional follow-up visits), although with specific focus on the unique needs of those 65 and older, and with a more economical cost.
