Dr. Dickinson currently performs FAST TRACK- FAA ADHD evaluations and Tier 2 Air Traffic Control Evaluations at this time.

Air Traffic Controller (ATC) Tier 2 Evaluations

Dr. Dickinson conducts evaluations with individuals who are in the process of applying to be Air Traffic Controllers (ATCs) and who have been referred for a Tier 2 Evaluation.

The first step in the evaluation process is typically an introductory phone call to discuss the evaluation process after applicants have scheduled the evaluation.  The evaluation will be conducted in-person with Dr. Dickinson in her office in Medford, Oregon (located less than 15 miles from Rogue Valley International Medford Airport).

Supporting documentation must be received prior to the evaluation. This includes:

• Personal Statement

• Pharmacy records within the last four (4) years.

• Medical records related to the diagnosis and treatment for ADHD.

• Any other evaluations or treatment records related to ADHD or learning issues from any of the following, if applicable: Psychiatrist; Psychologist; Therapist; School counselor; Education specialist/teacher; Speech Therapist; and/or Occupational Therapist.

• Medical records related to any other condition (for a non-ADHD diagnosis) which was treated with ADHD medication(s).

• Driver’s license records from all states where a license has been issued within the past four (4) years, as applicable.

• Academic records: All transcripts through highest grade or degree, Section 504 Plans, any Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and any records for any history of academic/occupational accommodations.
